Pause or Cancel Anytime
You have the option to pause or cancel your membership at any time! Simply visit your account settings.
Refunds
Refund requests for 6 and 12 month subscriptions must be submitted by email within 5 business days of the charge date. Requests received after this period are not eligible for a refund, but there is an option to cancel correspondence altogether and receive a partial refund of up to 50% – please read more about it below.
Month to month subscriptions are non-refundable.
6-Month & 12-Month Memberships
Your membership will automatically renew at the end of your 6 or 12 month subscription cycle. To prevent your membership from renewing against your wishes, please visit your account settings and turn off the option to renew automatically. Cancellations should be submitted at least 7 days before your next scheduled billing date to avoid processing delays.
Cancelling/pausing a membership at any time stops future renewals but does not refund payments already processed beyond the initial 5 business day window. Membership benefits will remain active through the end of the current paid term.
HOWEVER- If you wish to stop receiving mail from MPMC before the end of your current paid term, you may request to end correspondence and receive a refund of up to 50%. MPMC will retain 50% of the original subscription price to cover processing fees, materials, and administrative costs. Any eligible refund will be calculated using the discounted monthly rate of the original membership plan and will be reduced by the value of all months already used.
